Wisconsin man pleads not guilty in vehicular homicide case

A Wisconsin man who caused an accident that killed a 9-year-old boy pleaded not guilty to vehicular homicide and related charges on January 21.

Jeremy Dees was reportedly driving erratically at a high rate of speed on Highway H in Como when his vehicle struck another car. 9-year-old Carter Dorwin was killed in the crash and his mother and brother were injured.

Dees has been charged with a felony for homicide by negligent use of a vehicle as well as two misdemeanor counts of reckless driving causing bodily harm.
