A school bus accident near Sheboygan sent five to the hospital and required medical attention for 14 more when a pickup truck broadsided the bus. The crash occurred Tuesday morning at 8:40 at the intersection of Abbott Drive and Lynn Road in Sheboygan.

The accident was caused when the bus cut off the pickup truck, which was also towing a trailer. According to the bus driver, heavy fog in the area cut down visibility. The woman driving the truck, as well as her two children, were also treated for injuries. All told, 14 people were treated at the scene, and five more went to nearby hospitals.
