Man injured in Wisconsin Rapids rollover accident

A rollover accident occurred in Wisconsin Rapids last Wednesday that resulted in the injuries of a 49-year-old man.

According to reports, the man was traveling southbound on Fourth Avenue at around 3:45 p.m. when his vehicle was struck by another vehicle, driven by a 16-year-old girl. The girl had been attempting to make a left turn onto Fourth Avenue at the time of the accident. The man’s vehicle rolled over, and he suffered serious injuries. The 16-year-old girl was not injured.

The man was taken to Saint Joseph’s Hospital, where he was said to be in fair condition.

Rollover accident leaves 2 people injured

Two people were injured early Thursday morning in a rollover accident that occurred on a Manitowoc County road near Tisch Mills.

According to police reports, a 20-year-old man was driving a Chevrolet Beretta down the road with a 20-year-old woman in the passenger’s seat. The man lost control of the vehicle shortly before 3 a.m. after he drove over a hill. The vehicle crashed into a ditch and rolled over. Both the driver and his passenger were ejected from the vehicle during the crash.

The man suffered a minor shoulder injury during the crash and was taken to a local hospital. The woman suffered serious injuries to her face and was airlifted to a Green Bay hospital. Investigations into this accident are still underway.

Man Pinned Inside Vehicle After Rollover Accident

A 26 year-old man was mildly injured when his SUV rolled over, and he was pinned inside his vehicle for fifteen minutes.

The man sped through a curve, causing him to crash into two trees and a ditch. His vehicle then rolled over and hit a power line pole. The man was pinned inside his car by the dashboard.

The man escaped with few injuries and remained alert as he was rushed to the hospital.

Single-vehicle rollover crash injures 1

A woman was hurt in a rollover crash that occurred along I-90 near New Lisbon on January 11.

According to Wisconsin State Patrol, a 48-year-old woman was driving westbound on I-90 when she lost control on an icy road and her vehicle rolled over.

The driver was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. She was ejected from the vehicle and sustained life-threatening injuries. No one else was involved in the crash.

The woman was taken to nearby Hess Memorial Hospital for treatment.

Two killed after car hits tree, bursts into flames

Two people were killed after a car struck a tree on August 28 on North Avenue.

The accident occurred at 4:44 a.m. when the vehicle was heading northbound on the roadway at a high speed when the driver of the vehicle lost control of the car.The vehicle then slid into a ditch and slid until it collided with a tree.

The vehicle then burst into flames leaving both people inside the vehicle dead.  The victims were identified a 19-year-old and a 20-year-old from Wisconsin Dells. Officials are still investigating the accident at this time.
