Four injured in suspected drunk driving accident

Four people were injured in a one-vehicle car accident that occurred early Saturday morning in Wisconsin, including the driver of the vehicle who was suspected to have been drinking at the time of the accident.

The accident occurred at around 5 a.m. A 29-year-old man was driving a vehicle with three passengers when he lost control and the vehicle rolled over several times. All of the passengers were injured and taken to hospitals in fair to serious conditions.

Officers who arrived on the scene of the accident smelled alcohol on the driver’s breath, however, they were unable to perform a field sobriety test because of his injuries. The driver will be arrested once he is out of the hospital, but it is not clear if the officers will have enough evidence to convict him of a DUI.
