Collapsed crane in Milwaukee damaged four vehicles

Four parked cars on the 2200 block of N. Prospect Avenue at E. Ivanhoe Place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin were damaged when a crane tipped over on May 9 at around 1:30 p.m., the Journal Sentinel reported on May 9.

According to the Milwaukee police, the incident injured two people who were inside one of the vehicles with their dog when the accident happened. A woman pushing a baby stroller near the area of the accident managed to remain unharmed, witnesses Georgina Campbell and her husband James said. The Campbells’ 2012 Prius, “which [doesn’t] even have 20,000 miles on it,” was among the vehicles totaled during the crash.
